Creating a Account is free. Once you've create your Account, you'll be able to:

  • Search all recipes and subscribe to free "Everyone" recipes in the Culinary Exchange.
  • You'll have access to MyCookbook, your personal recipe book, where all your subscribed recipes are kept for your future reference.
  • Create and manage your profile and more.
  • Learn about our Memberships and subscribe for greater access.


To create an account on coverworldwide.com

  • Review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Go to coverworldwide.com and select Create Account.
  • Fill out the form to create your account
  • After your account is created, you will be taken to Memberships page where you can find the right one for you.
  • Select your username and then select the Create Profile link to fill out your profile when you're ready.
  • Finally, Sign Up for a Membership!


What are Membership Credits and how do I use them?

  • Membership Credits come with some Membership Subscriptions. See our Memberships for more information.
  • You can use Credits to gain access to Professional and Platinum Recipe Details in the Culinary Exchange.
  • Credits cannot be used as a method of payment, to send money, or to compensate other users within the platform.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable and non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for more information.


Contributor Program






To sign in to coverworldwide.com

  • Go to coverworldwide.com and select Sign In.
  • Fill in the form to sign in.
  • If you forgot your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link. Enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email to reset your password.
  • You can create or update your profile at any time. Select your username and then select the Create Profile link to fill out your profile when you're ready.


To change your password

  • Go to coverworldwide.com and select Sign In.
  • If you forgot your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link. Enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email to reset your password.






Your Profile

  • You can create or update your profile at any time. Select your username and then select the Create Profile link to fill out your profile when you're ready.
  • Use your bio to introduce yourself to both culinary enthusiasts and industry professionals on our platform.
  • Upload a profile image by selecting the 'Choose Image' button once you are on the profile update page. The images should be .png or .jpg. Although not necessary, your images will render best if they are 145px by 145px.
  • Selecting the type of user that best describes you is required and gives other users an idea of how you may be experiencing our platform.
  • If you have any issues setting up your profile, please refer to the instructions above or email us at support@coverworldwide.com.

  • You can contact us at support@coverworldwide.com.
  • We do not have a phone number to call for customer service, but you can request a customer service call by emailing support@coverworldwide.com.
  • We will only call you if the call is scheduled ahead of time. If you receive an unexpected call from someone claiming to be Customer Support for coverworldwide.com, hang up and reach out to us at support@coverworldwide.com.






Protect your password.

  • Your password must be at least 8 characters.
  • Create a creative password that includes, upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
  • Avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.
  • We recommend changing your password every six months.


Be aware of suspicious messages.

  • Our Support team will never ask you to share account or personal information via email, Chef Chat or via social media.
  • Scammers typically use alarming language and provoke a sense of urgency to get you to give up information. If you recieve anything like this, be aware that it may be a scammer.
  • You must have an account and be signed in to coverworldwide.com in order to view instructions on how to contact Customer Support.
  • Avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.


How can I resolve a suspended account?

  • If you had any content removed or your account was suspended due to a policy issue, please visit our Help Center to review our Terms, Policies and Community Guidelines
  • You can also file an appeal by emailing support@coverworldwide.com with the subject beginning with "Account Appeal".
  • Avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.
  • We recommend changing your password every six months.
